During the technique, essential oils are very carefully dripped onto specific points on your back and feet areas that correspond to with your spine in reflexology. The effect resembles the fall of raindrops. This allows the skin to sense and absorb each oil in the same way falling raindrops in nature.
Vita Flex techniques are used in Raindrop Therapy by including specific movements of the fingers and palms over reflex points which helps the energy to flow throughout your body. The essential oils used during raindrop Therapy have anti-inflammatory, anti-viral and anti-bacterial.
